RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You (“the client”) have 30 (calendar days) from date of shipping to return or exchange eligible products. Requests beyond 30 calendar days from date of shipping will not be accepted.
For eligible products, they must be returned in the same condition as received with original packaging that includes boxes, bags, twist ties, and packing materials. Materials must be in “like new” condition, boxes and materials must be unmarked.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN OR EXCHANGE:
If eligible products are received that are damaged, defective, or by chance not what was ordered, PiiComm will work with (“the client”) to exchange the materials for the correct product if notified within 30 (calendar days) from date of shipping. Incorrect goods do not include products ordered by accident by (“the client”).
Products ordered by accident (if eligible for a return) are subject to a restocking fee.
The following is a list of in-eligible products that will not be accepted for a return or exchange.
- Media (Labels, Wristbands, Receipt Paper, Ribbons, RFID tags, and other related consumable media items).
- Products that are labeled as “Non-cancellable/Non-returnable” or NC/NR.
- Products returned and after a review are found to not be in “like new” condition or are missing original packaging.
It is the responsibility of the purchasing party (“the client”) to pay for return shipping of any product purchased that is eligible for return or exchange to PiiComm. PiiComm recommends that any returns are conducted with a courier and that tracking is provided to PiiComm to facilitate the tracking of a return or exchange.
All returns or exchanges could be subject to a restocking fee. A restocking fee will be assessed at time of return.
The client may exchange a product for another product that is the same, or like the same product ordered. If ordered by accident a restocking fee may apply. If product is being exchanged due to a defect found, it may be exchanged for a correct product once. Return or exchange period will not restart with the shipment of an exchanged product, original order timeframe will apply.
Once we receive the product, we will inspect the return or exchange shipment and notify you (“the client”) that we have received your return or exchange product. We will also notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the product to see if it meets the conditions of return or exchange.
METHOD OF REFUND:
Refunds will be paid back in full (excluding processing fees, restocking fee, and initial shipping charges) to the same method of payment used for the order. Optionally, clients may request or have a credit applied to their account.
The client will be notified of a refund minus any applicable restocking or processing fees.
Cancellation of orders prior to shipping will be refunded in full excluding any processing fees.
REFUSAL OF REFUND:
Refunds are subject to the conditions or return or exchange and may be refused if the product being returned is not eligible for a refund or is returned in a condition that makes it in-eligible for return. Product returned to PiiComm in this condition will be returned to “the client” at the client’s expense. PiiComm will make best effort to notify the client prior to such refusal to grant an opportunity for the client to remedy the situation within four (4) business days.
Cancellations are accepted for eligible products prior to the order being shipped. If a product is “Non-returnable/Non-cancellable” a cancellation request will not be accepted.
