Please read the following Terms & Conditions of this Demo Agreement which you will be required to accept before your order will be fulfilled.
MANAGED PILOT DEMO KIT LOAN AGREEMENT
Terms & Conditions
1. Upon receipt of a completed Managed Pilot Demo Kit Loan Agreement PiiComm will promptly ship out the Equipment to the address specified in the Request form.
2. It is the Requestors responsibility to ensure the leased equipment is returned on time without damage to PiiComm at the conclusion of the rental term. If the equipment is not returned to PiiComm within the allotted timeframe and following a reasonable notice period, or in the event of loss or complete destruction of the equipment then the Requestor accepts purchase of the equipment at the Declared Equipment Value(s) of $600 per kit. The Requestor hereby authorizes PiiComm to bill their TELUS department for the full value. PiiComm will provide the Lessee with a statement of charges.
3. The Requestor is advised and agrees that all logistics charges for the demo kit shall be cross-billed to their TELUS sales department by the TELUS team managing the relationship with PiiComm.
4. Requestor shall instruct their customer not to make any alterations, additions or improvements to equipment.
5. Requestor shall instruct their customer to restrict international phone calls to zero minutes and to use data services consistent with the TELUS acceptable use policy.
6. Unless the Requestor gives PiiComm written notice of an equipment defect within 1 week upon receipt thereof, it shall be conclusively presumed, that the item was delivered in good repair and the Requestor accepts it as an item of equipment described in this agreement.
7. The parties hereto conclusively agree that PiiComm shall have sole discretion in determining whether the leased equipment has been returned without damage and in proper working order or whether the equipment needs repair or replacement.
