Queensway Carleton Hospital recently completed an upgrade to the Nurse Call System which included changing to the new IP-DECT Ascom wireless phones. One of the biggest challenges was always going to be around the replacement of existing infrastructure with minimal disruption to the units. PiiComm achieved this by taking the time to gain a solid understanding of our existing infrastructure and building a detailed project plan specific to our site and needs. The project was completed as planned, on time and with minimal disruption to the units.
